PRAISE1 ye the LORD. aPraise the LORD, O my soul.

bWhile I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

cPut not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no 2help.

His dbreath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

eHappy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

Which fmade heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: gwhich keepeth truth for ever:

Which hexecuteth judgment for the oppressed: which igiveth food to the hungry. jThe LORD looseth the prisoners:

The kLORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD lraiseth them that are bowed down: the mLORD loveth the righteous:

The LORD npreserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the oway of the wicked he turneth upside down.

The pLORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. qPraise ye the LORD.
